The PME series of high-power electric magnetic separators are able to prevent damage to equipment caused by the entry of iron parts, such as loader nails and screen parts, etc. The absorbed iron parts and particles must be discharged into a container periodically by disconnecting the magnet from the power supply.

How to install

The PME model magnetic separator can be easily installed on the top of a conveyor belt or chute using a wire rope and a quadruple of four magnet earrings, both transversely (Figure 1) and longitudinally (Figure 2). If the longitudinal installation method is used, i.e. installation at the drop location, the end roller of the conveyor belt must be made of stainless steel so that a magnetic field is not induced in it.
