One of the essential things in mineral processing plants is sampling, which can be done continuously (without stopping in the line) and discontinuously. The main purpose of sampling in processing lines is to check crushing, grading, and also grade. Samplers are mainly used to sample materials from a moving conveyor belt so that they can be programmed and sample as many times as desired without the need for an operator, and are very useful and practical due to the lack of stopping in the line. This device has a separate chassis and cover so that it can be installed on the conveyor belt without changing the design and conveyor belt parts. This product has a sampling hammer (Hammer) that is connected to a hollow shaft gearbox motor and after receiving a command from the PLC, the control panel rotates one revolution and transfers part of the materials on the moving conveyor belt to the output chute.
