How it works

 In many industrial factories and mines, iron parts such as loader nails or large screws, parts of chutes and screens, etc., along with raw materials on conveyor belts or feeders, may enter the factory lines and cause serious damage to the factory equipment. Therefore, by installing magnetic separators, these types of iron parts are attracted by the magnet and prevent damage and stoppage of the production line.

How to install

PMP model magnetic separators are installed by wire rope suspended on the conveyor belt before the crushing devices, transversely and longitudinally, as shown in Figures 1 and 2.
